Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for approving and implementing the changes/updates in projects. They act as the point of contact between PMs and Senior Program Managers. SPMs regularly meet with the client to fully understand the client's project requirements and deliver what the client needs.
