Registered Nurse - Primary Care (PACT) Clinic

The VA Western New York Healthcare System is seeking a highly qualified full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a member of the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) at the Buffalo VA Medical Center in Buffalo, New York. The RN provides direct Veteran care and care coordination, as it pertains, to Veterans and their care within the Primary Care Department, and administers medications and procedures per established policies and guidelines.
