About the Position: Assists and advises the Chief of the assigned Division in the formulation, development and direction of administrative and personnel management policy matters. Plans, coordinates and performs work involving workforce and work load analysis; position management, employee training requirements, employee development; public and business relations; and a variety of other administrative functions, including property management, security matters, and logistical support.
