This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Provide the full range of facilities and building construction including design engineering, construction, maintenance, sustainable design, and related engineering services for the installation within the technical guidance and program scope established at the command level.
