Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment and Placement)

As a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment and Placement), you will provide the full range of employment advisory and operational services to enhance and facilitate the functions of the field organizations. The position provides operating personnel support to the Marketing & Regulatory Programs: Animal Plant Health Inspection Service and Agricultural Marketing Service. This position reports to the Minneapolis office five days a week.
