HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Primary Purpose: To serve as the Housing Manager responsible for ensuring project owner's (PO) compliance with transaction documents. Provides financial management oversight and analysis regarding the fiscal health of the project. Also provides assistance in planning, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of housing assistance for service members, DoD civilians, and other eligible personnel assigned to the community.
