Summary of Duties K2W is a complex medical / transitional care unit within the Veterans Centre where a primary nursing care delivery model of care is incorporated. The RN is responsible for the total care which includes personal care (ADL’s) of patients. The successful candidate will have experience working with a wide variety of medical needs of community patients.
