Program Officer/Senior Program Officer (Monitoring and Evaluation), MC-301-4B/4A

This position is located in the Department of Policy and Evaluation (DPE), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). The M&E Division within DPE supports the design and implementation of results-focused development programs and leads the monitoring, independent evaluation, and reporting of program results. Although the position is advertised equivalent to GS-12/13, MCC uses a pay-band system to compensate employees. This position is pay band 4b/4A which is generally equal to GS-12/13.
