As an Information Technology Specialist within the Workplace & Collaboration Services (WCS) service line, part of the Operations Division within NASA OCIO, you will be responsible for providing customer-centric, innovative, efficient, and evolving IT services to enhance the productivity and collaboration of the NASA workforce. WCS offers collaboration, computer, mobile device, print, and helpdesk capabilities, as well as identity, credential, and access management services.
