File Clerk (OA)

The applicant works as a File/Scanning Clerk in the Health Information Management Section (HIMS) of the Health Administration Service (HAS) at the Micheal E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC), Houston, TX. Performs duties related to the collecting, preparing, scanning, indexing, and quality review of paper health and administrative documents that are to be included in the patient's permanent medical record and/or administrative file.
