Exceptional Family Member Program Case Liaison

This position is assigned to the Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC); Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR); Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) for NAVSTA Rota. Incumbent serves as the installation non-clinical case worker for the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP); as a liaison and works closely with health care professionals on provision of available services and resources at the command to ensure best possible care in accordance with community, national and Navy standards.
