About the role
Perform IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Deinstall) activities for IT devices. Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals. Deinstall and recover devices during leaver lifecycle and refresh programmes. Execute break-fix troubleshooting and hardware replacements.
