ATTORNEY-ADVISOR (LABOR)

The primary purpose of this position is to: legally represent parties in Federal District Courts, Federal Appellate Courts, the US Supreme Court and State courts. This position also independently represents the Air Force, Air Force units, commanders, managers, employees and members in a wide variety of legal administrative forums, to include the Merit Systems Protection Board, the Office of Special Counsel, etc.
